The Hospitality classes have been very busy over the first half of the year improving their skills with some very fine results.

Level One students completed a “Mocktail” course which gave them an insight into creating, preparing and billing special drinks. This was a 2 day course and run in the Foods Room by Fiona Withers, owner of “Third Place” cafe in Rotorua and an experienced trainer in Hospitality.

Level Two had a day to learn about wines and how to serve them as well as how to prepare dockets to restaurant standards
